MASA Consortium supports the reorganization of the thesaurus

With help of an expert of thesaurus' world

The General Assembly of the MASA Consortium, Memorial of Archaeologists and Archaeological Sites, in which Frantiq participates, was held Tuesday at the Maison de l'Orient et de la Méditerranée in Lyon. This event marks the launch of the second phase of this consortium of Huma-Num TGIR. Participants' projects were presented and discussed. Then the office met to arbitrate funding applications.

The Frantiq project for the next four years is intended to move the thesaurus towards [more] more interoperability and to involve researchers more closely in the enrichment of its concepts. In 2017, the work program concerns the methodology to be implemented. To do this, we will benefit from the expertise and support of the company Assistance & Techniques Documentaires.

Workshops will be planned for the people of the PACTOLS working group involved in this project.
